Washington, D.C. – Today, the House of Representatives passed the Commerce, Justice, Science; Energy and Water Development; and Interior and Environment Appropriations Act, 2026 with a vote of 397 to 28.
Appropriators have been making steady Article I progress, with three full-year appropriations bills signed into law and three more heading to President Trump's desk following Senate passage next week. All twelve full-year funding bills have passed through committee, and work continues on floor passage of remaining FY26 legislation.

From national security and law enforcement to American innovation and space exploration, the CJS bill before us puts the nation on a path to greatness while reinforcing President Trump’s bold agenda on trade and combating illicit drug trafficking.
